Although the actual shipping time is punctual in most occasions, in some cases delivery time may vary due to traffic congestion, adverse weather, acts of custom inspection, etc. We will try our best to avoid such situations, however, please understand that some of these situations are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for them.

We keep the parcels in a grey bag or special envelope for privacy. Then mark the parcel as gifts and will be paying for any associated shipping cost involved in the parcel arriving to your country. We are not involved in any custom fees (if any) for different countries. Our International Fulfilment and Shipping center is strategically located in HK and Singapore.

Upon receipt of transfer, we will proceed with processing the order and shipping. Once the product is shipped, we provide after ship tracking. What this means is you will receive a notification each time the parcel is moved from one point to another, such as from being sent out, to arrival at terminal, to final delivery – this way you will know exactly where your parcel is at any given point.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

After shipment, it then takes 48 hours for the system to update their tracking system with the tracking numbers of our parcels.

RETURN POLICY:

We inspect all items prior to shipping and guarantee all items to be free from manufacturer's defects.We wish to has 100% customer satisfaction.But Sometimes a return is inevitable and we accept appropriate returns and have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:

*For returns,please send us an email by specifying your name and order number in the first instance.
*The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return.If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsibility (i.e.mistake on the requested model) will provide 100% full refund.
*All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three working days of receipt of notification.
*Merchandise must be in new condition,you can open it,but don't make it dirty or altered.
*No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control.The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address,please contact us at animefiguresale@hotmail.com before 5pm EST the day of your order,so the address can be corrected for you.However,we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12am and 5am EST,as it will already be in processing or shipped.If your order is already processing or has been shipped,we are no longer able to change the address.The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us.If it does get returned back to our warehouse,we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.(NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due incorrect address,if you'd like a refund,you will not be reimbursed for upgraded shipping fees)

Rufund Policy:

Make sure the items are well packaged similar to the way you received them.Whenever possible,use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you.Items must be received in resalable condition for a refund.

Once we receive your Return package,we will issue you a refund or store credit for the price of the products you returned (including tax,if any).Shipping is not refundable.If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we will also refund you the shipping costs to return the item to us.

Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your refund.It may take one or two billing cycles until the credit appears on your bank statement.Time depends on the policies and procedures set by your credit card company.
